Pantelis Tzortzakis pursued Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and earned a master’s degree in computer science from Brooklyn College, New York (USA).
He founded Forthnet AE, the leading operator in alternative fixed telephony and pay TV, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, pioneering the concept of a publicly listed startup.
He served as the CEO of Forthnet and NOVA satellite pay TV platform following its acquisition by Forthnet, and as a member of the Supervisory Board of NETIA SA.
Additionally, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of SEPE.
In 2012 he was also appointed as Deputy Minister of e-Government in the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Electronic Governance.
Mr. Tzortzakis assumed the role of CEO of Quest Holdings SA, while he was also appointed Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Quest Group.
He held a position on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Stock Exchange of Athens.
In 2023, he was unanimously elected as an external member of the Board of Administration of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (U.O.A.).
Since November 2019, he has been serving as the Executive Vice President at HDB.
